Our condo is newly built (2021) and wonderfully spacious at 1,980 SF, three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a maximum occupancy of 8. A two-car garage will provide ample space for you.

Guests will be sent a access codes approximately seven (7) days prior to arrival along with the WIFI network name and password. There will be separate access codes for the main gate at the Antilles Naples entrance, our garage keypad code and our front door lockbox code. We do have a ring doorbell installed on the exterior of the CONDO at the main entrance door.

A signed lease application and executed lease agreement is mandatory for all bookings.
12% Transient Rental Tax, $150 Lease Application Fee and $150 Departure Cleaning Fee added to total.

Refundable security deposit required at lease signing or by credit card hold 7-days prior to arrival.
The arrival time is 4:00pm and the departure time is 10:00am.
Smoking is not permitted inside our units or on our decks.
Motorcycles, motorcycle, personal watercraft and/or boat trailers and recreational vehicles (RVs) are not permitted in the complex.
All guests agree to abide by HOA rules as indicated in our lease agreement.
All linens, towell and beach towels are included.
